Purchase - Sale Rules

1. Concepts

1.1. Seller - UAB "Petro ofsetas", legal entity code 222555490, VAT payer code LT222554917, registered office address: Naujoji Riovonių st. 25C, LT-03153 Vilnius.

1.2. POshop.lt - online store located at www.POshop.lt.

1.3. Buyer - 1) a capable natural person, i.e., a person who has reached the age of majority and whose capacity is not restricted by a court order; 2) a minor between the ages of fourteen and eighteen who has the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they are emancipated; 3) a legal entity; 4) duly authorized representatives of all the persons mentioned above.  

1.4. Seller's Partner - a legal entity selling goods or providing services on POshop.lt, as well as legal entities that are used to fulfill the Buyer's order.

1.5. Personal Data - the Buyer's name, surname, goods delivery address, telephone number, and email address.

1.6. Rules - these purchase and sale rules of the POshop.lt store.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The Rules, after being approved by the Buyer (i.e., after reading the Rules and ticking the box next to the statement "I agree with the POshop.lt purchase and sale rules" or after registering in the POshop.lt online store), are a mandatory legal document for both parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing goods and paying for them, the procedure for delivering and returning goods, the liability of the parties and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods.

2.2. The Seller has the right to change, correct or supplement the Rules at any time. Buyers are informed about any changes, corrections or additions on the POshop.lt website when they purchase goods for the first time after the new version of the Rules comes into effect. The new version of the Rules comes into effect after it is published on the Poshop.lt website.

2.3. By agreeing to the Rules, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase goods in the POshop.lt online store.

3. Ordering Goods, the Moment of Creation of Purchase and Sale Legal Relations

3.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide their personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order in the appropriate information fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, goods delivery address, telephone number and email address. The Buyer agrees that informational messages necessary for the execution of the order will be sent to their provided email address and telephone number.

3.2. When the Buyer, after selecting the purchased item and forming a shopping cart, completes all the order steps, it is considered that legal purchase and sale relations have arisen between the Seller and the Buyer and a purchase and sale contract has been concluded.

3.3. If all the order steps are completed correctly, the Buyer receives an order confirmation by email.

3.4. Each Buyer's order is stored in the POshop.lt database.

4. Seller's Rights

4.1. The Seller has the right to change or suspend the functions of the POshop.lt website, the layout of the elements on the website, and to terminate the operation of certain functions of the website.

4.2. The Seller has the right to suspend or terminate the activities of POshop.lt.

4.3. The Seller has the right to change the scope or method of providing services provided by POshop.lt, to suspend, terminate the provision of services or part of them, and to charge for services or part of services.

4.4. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the website or fails to fulfill their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the website or, in exceptional cases, delete the Buyer's Account.  

4.5. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer, having chosen the specified payment methods, does not pay for the goods within 3 business days.

4.6. When the Buyer chooses the specified payment method - cash upon delivery of the goods, the Seller, in case of ambiguities regarding the information provided in the order, has the right to contact the Buyer at the email address specified in the order. In this case, the delivery term of the goods starts to be calculated from the day of contacting the Buyer. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Seller fails to contact the Buyer.  

4.7. All disputes are resolved through negotiation.
