Delivery
The buyer, when ordering the goods delivery service, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods.
The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller's authorized representative (courier).
The Buyer must in all cases immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in a crumpled or otherwise damaged package, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity, or an incomplete set of goods.
In all cases, the Buyer, having noticed packaging defects during delivery, must indicate the comments in the shipment delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate act regarding these defects. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not performed, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer did not mark in the courier's goods delivery document.

Delivery times may vary depending on the season and courier workload. The seller is not responsible for the non-delivery or late delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer if this happened due to the fault of third parties delivering the parcels or due to circumstances that the Seller could not control, reasonably foresee at the time of the conclusion of the purchase and sale contract and prevent them. The courier, upon receiving your order, will contact you by phone and deliver the shipment at a time convenient for you.
The courier, if possible, may offer to leave the parcel at a DPD parcel machine at a location convenient to you. You will be able to pick up the shipment until the specified date at any time of the day. If you do not pick up the shipment within the specified period, it will be returned to the sender. We will be able to deliver the order to you again to the specified address only after additional payment of delivery costs.
